I have gone veggi, and picked up a great book. However, I noticed that a lot of the recipes are with bocconcini and capsicum. Do you know what that is? I have no clue. Thanks my friends.

I am going to give up all meat, chicken, and shell foods. I still want to eat eggs and cheese though.

Boil a dozen eggs
